At Scarlett & Charlene, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our current shipping and processing guidelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Times

Domestic Orders (Canada & USA): Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.

International Orders: Usually delivered within 10–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Carriers
We are in the process of finalizing partnerships with trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Once confirmed, specific carrier options and tracking details will be listed here.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive your tracking details within a few days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@scarlettandcharlene.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or mis-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately at hello@scarlettandcharlene.com with your order details and photos so we can assist.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery before reaching out. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
